Like most moms of a toddler eating solids, I have a hard time coming up with fun new ideas of things to feed my daughter. I not only want to give her healthy and nutritious options that are also tasty. When she started eating solid food, I was that the sooner you introduce your little one to new textures and flavours, the more likely they’ll be willing to try new things later on.  So far this holds true for her.  With that in mind, I tried something new for dinner recently: lentil and sweet potato soup.
