My name is Milveen, and I am a proud mom, a craft enthusiast, a tennis player, an avid fiction reader, a traveler with a love for adventure, new foods, and cultures, and an all-around seeker of life’s most enriching experiences.
Why Wellness? Why Now?
Entering my 40s has been a bit like venturing into a new world—one where the body whispers (sometimes shouts) new truths about change and adaptation. So far, it’s been an eye-opening adventure that reignited my love for wellness and self-care, reminding me that taking care of oneself is not just important; it’s essential. Your wellness matters, and I’m here to help you prioritize it.
This incredible decade has also taught me the power of transformation and the beauty of prioritizing myself alongside the hustle of daily life. This new decade should be about creating spaces of peace in our homes, like a cozy reading nook or relaxation corner. Or about finding joy in moving our bodies, whether it’s a brisk walk in the park or a fun dance class. We should explore nourishing our bodies with love, by cooking nutritious meals or indulging in a relaxing bath. And find ways to fill our lives with moments that add value, like spending quality time with loved ones or pursuing hobbies we’re passionate about.
My Mission
Through this blog, I plan to explore various aspects of fitness, like cardio, strength, and, flexibility; and nutrition, including healthy eating habits, meal planning, and mindful eating. I’ll also delve into home decor, sharing tips on creating a peaceful and inspiring environment, and all things wellness, from self-care routines to stress management techniques. All geared towards women in their 40s. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast, a home decor fan, or someone who’s just starting to dip your toes into the wide world of self-care, there’s a place here for you.
